Checklist of work principles

Yesterday, while writing the coursework for "My Corporate Methodology," there was a small section where I organized my work principles. Some of them I haven't done well yet, so I use them to motivate myself.

Basic Thinking

I started my entrepreneurial journey 8 years ago. During this process, I have strived to ensure the sustainable operation of the enterprise, even if it's just one more day; however, even if the company eventually goes bankrupt, I can accept this result and be prepared to start over. This is because over the past 8 years, I have gradually developed a preliminary understanding of corporate operations and business rules. Therefore, I can adopt an attitude of "living towards death" in managing the enterprise.

In order to keep the company alive for one more day, more precisely, to keep it healthy for one more day, it is necessary to identify factors that may lead to the company's demise and avoid them as much as possible. Possible fatal factors include: cash flow disruption, conflicts between partners, failure to keep up with changes in the times, hiring too many unnecessary personnel, and personal issues of the founder, such as death or loss of freedom, etc. Therefore, every day I think about how to avoid these problems or at least reduce their likelihood, and delay them as much as possible.

Then, next, I can adopt the principle of long-termism, make investments with compound interest effects, go with the flow, increase the growth iteration speed of our company, and promote the growth of both myself and the enterprise.

As the founder, I am the ceiling of the enterprise, and the enterprise is the product polished by the core members of the company. The products of the company are the monetization of the enterprise's capabilities. Therefore, I must continuously improve myself and optimize the enterprise's operations in order to produce products that are more commercialized, higher quality, higher technical barriers, and more in line with user needs.
